Tasting Notes:
This wine is a beautifully dark violet, and the nose is an amazing array of ripe black fruit, leather and spice. The mouthfeel is full, and flavors of ripe plum, black cherry, and anise are framed with well balanced tannins and acidity. Hints of earth and allspice linger in the impossibly long finish. This wine will be excellent with grilled meats or hearty pasta dishes. Drink now or age worthy.
