2008 Estate Viognier
Aging:
17 months in stainless steel tanks
Tasting Notes:
This wine is a beautiful light golden color, and the nose is full of honeysuckle and pear. The mouthfeel is rich, and flavors of tropical fruit, honey, ripe pear, and ginger spice are framed by well balanced acidity. The finish is long and luxurious, with honey and citrus accents. Drink this wine now thru 2012 with lighter fair, such as summer salads and scallops, or paired well with spicy dishes. Enjoy!
