Tasting Notes:

Our traditional grape growing and winemaking produce
this European style Cabernet Sauvignon. This sumptuous
wine is a beautifully dark violet, and the nose is an
amazing variety of black fruit. The mouth feel is full
with classic flavors of ripe mulberry, black cherry and
dark stone-fruit plum framed by well balanced, rich
tannins and acidity while elegant oak opens up to an
array of opulent spice and leather. Hints of earth and
allspice linger in a lusciously long finish. This wine
is excellent paired with braised and grilled meats or
hearty pasta dishes and a selection of artisan cheese.
